Dato' Dr. David Yong Siak Choong
Founder / Managing Director
Dato’ Dr. David Yong brings over 30 years of distinguished experience in audit, corporate finance, and executive leadership. He is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Jimah Eco City Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia’s property developer.
Throughout his career, Dato’ Dr. David Yong has held Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director positions across a diverse portfolio of ventures, including ACD Highland Venture, HQH Exim, Edilsa System, Pinos Pizza & Pasta, Pakatan Perintis, Admiral Pavilion, and Royal Capital Berhad.
A Chartered Accountant and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, he has built a strong reputation for strategic financial management, corporate restructuring, and sustainable business growth.
In 2012, he was conferred the prestigious Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Pahang, which carries the honorary title “Dato’.” This esteemed recognition is awarded to individuals who have rendered exemplary service to the state and the Royal Household of Pahang.
Prior to his executive appointments, Dato’ Dr. David Yong was a lecturer at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (formerly TAR University College), where he taught ACCA Strategic Financial Management, CIMA Risk & Control Strategy, Cost Accounting, and ICSA Corporate Finance Management. He has also served as a lecturer at Charles Sturt University, Australia, further reflecting his commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
Mr. Deng Ciqing
Director / Business Development Director
Mr. Deng Ciqing is a seasoned business leader and technology professional with extensive cross-border experience across China, Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science from Fuzhou University and combines strong technical expertise with strategic business leadership.
He began his career with Fujian Star-Net Ruijie Communication Co. Ltd., gaining experience in enterprise IT systems and communications infrastructure. He later served as Business Development Manager at RGS Global Pte Ltd. in Cambodia and worked as an IT Engineer in Thailand, building regional expertise in market expansion, system implementation, and operational management.
An entrepreneur, Mr. Deng has co-founded and managed ventures in Chinese tea wholesale, retail, and food & beverage operations, while also undertaking freelance IT and gaming application development projects. After relocating to Malaysia, he expanded his footprint in tea trading and retail operations in Selangor.
Currently, Mr. Deng serves as Director and Business Development Director of ICISP Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and ICISP Services Sdn. Bhd., where he leads strategic planning, joint venture structuring, regulatory coordination, and technology-driven business integration, including ERP, e-invoicing, and digital compliance systems.
With deep China–ASEAN market insight and multidisciplinary experience across technology, professional services, F&B, and property development, Mr. Deng continues to deliver strong strategic and commercial value.
